Due to High Demand for our wigs, we are only taking a very limited amount of orders for this month. Once we reach our limit, we’ll stop taking orders and you won’t be able to order until we start taking new orders again.
Please keep in mind that our Hair Wigs are machine sewn neatly and our Braided Wigs are carefully handcrafted and customised to your specific options, not mass-produced.
Processing Time for our Wigs (Standard Time) is 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). This is to ensure that we provide quality wigs with no mistakes. Also, note that all micro braid/twists, Faux Locs styles and hair colouring require extra processing time, due to the fact that they are tedious and very time-consuming.
Shipping takes 2-5 Business days after Processing (depending on your location). Please expect a slight delay in shipping due to the COVID-19.
Please understand that your Billing or Shipping Address should correspond with your registered address on file with your credit card company. Otherwise, your order may not be processed and might be cancelled.
Kindly note that if you choose to Pay Deposit, Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as we start processing your order once your deposit is made. Your Order will be shipped once Payment is Completed.
